COMPANY PROFILEKeestrack was established in 1988 manufacturing high quality mobile aggregate equipment. The first Track Screener Keestrack produced was called the Frontier/4518 and was designed specially for the recycling and quarry industry to screen stones, rubble, topsoil, clay, as well as quarry rock. This machine is being manufactured, assembled and tested with the utmost care, and designed in full accordance with EC standards. PRODUCTIONSince Keestrack launched the Frontier/4518, market interest has shown a tremendous demand for this style of machine. By researching the market and listening to his customers, the company realised there was a market for a smaller Frontier type machine. In 2002 the smaller version of the Frontier/4518 was introduced called the Novum. The Novum filled a gap in the world market of mobile screeners. Pre-orders of this machine exceeded Keestrack expectation and sales increased dramatically beyond all expectation. Since 2002 Keestrack have extended his portfolio of machines to include 7 Screening models and 2 Crusher models DISTRIBUTIONSoon after the release of the Novum Keestrack set about to establish a global dealer network. Within a few years and with the help of his dealers, Keestrack machines were being sold in the all countries of Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. New networks will start up soon in Asia and Russia. SUPPLIERSKeestrack has a policy of using only high quality components from reliable and competent suppliers (like Bosch-Rexroth, Sauer-Danfoss, Deutz and Caterpillar) on their machines. Therefore his supplier base source is global, including suppliers from Germany, U.K., Italy, the Benelux countries and the Czech Republic to name a few. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENTResearch and Development is of great importance to continued growth. Keestrack designers spend almost as much time on site with the customer as they do in the drawing office. Using the latest software the team of 21 highly qualified engineers are constantly working to improve specifications on the machines and design new models. It has been said "imitation is the best form of flattery". If this is true Keestrack designers should be very flattered as the direct feed style machine is now being copied by many of the other screen manufacturers. SPAREPARTS & SERVICEIn order to maintain a huge number of machines in the fields working a continuous flow of spareparts and backup is provided by the company. The company uses a stock management system that allows us to stock a large quantity of spareparts, from the smallest bolts to the biggest belts. Especially designed bespoke software enables us to keep control on his inventory levels. Due to a balanced warehouse system, the company can give fast and excellent service to customers. Skilled technicians operate within a very short time period to change parts on machines located anywhere in the world.
